This is where the Ukrainian Cluster Alliance (UCA) came in - a powerful association of clusters and industries that, instead of stopping, mobilised to create a new kind of economy.

📌 What is UCA?
The Ukrainian Cluster Alliance (UCA) is the largest union of economic clusters, business associations and innovation associations in Ukraine, united around the idea of cooperation, digitalisation, industrial and green innovations and effective dialogue with the state.
Today, the UCA has 48 active members, hundreds of enterprises and dozens of industries. It is not just a network - it is an ecosystem that works as a single organism to rebuild the Ukrainian economy.

🛡 The lesson of war: unification is about survival and development
In March 2022, against the backdrop of a full-scale war, the UCA was born on the basis of the Clusters 4 Ukraine initiative. Hundreds of companies from all over the country - machine builders, furniture makers, pharmacists, farmers, IT specialists - united. Their goal was not only to preserve themselves, but also to become a pillar of support for the state, the Armed Forces, communities and the country's future.

🏗 Who is a member of the Alliance?
Membership in the UCA is divided into two categories:

✔️Дійсні members - full participants who have access to all services and programmes (with a membership fee of UAH 10 thousand per year).

✔️Асоційовані members are partners who receive information support and access to basic services.

Among the current members are leaders of Ukrainian industrial and regional development.

🔥 Odesa region is among the drivers of the cluster movement

Odesa region plays a special role in the UCA.
It is from here - the border south - that a large flow of innovations, logistics solutions, and maritime initiatives comes from.
The maritime cluster of Ukraine, Odesa Regional Development Agency - are not only active members of the UCA, but also leaders of European integration, flagships of sustainable logistics, port cooperation and agro-processing.

💪This is extremely important: Odesa region - It is not only the rear, it is the gateway to the world, and it is here that the cluster infrastructure for future exports, international partnerships and reconstruction is formed.
