On 04-05 October 2024, Odesa will host an event that brings together the knowledge, experience and ambitions of scientists, business representatives, government officials and students from around the world - the X International Scientific and Practical Conference "Economic and Legal Aspects of Management: Current Status, Efficiency and Prospects".

This conference is not just a discussion of scientific topics, it is a lively dialogue about the future of economics and law, a search for new ways to solve urgent problems facing business and government institutions in the context of global changes.

Three key areas will be in focus over the two days:

1. Mechanisms of economic management at different levels: sectoral, inter-sectoral and regional. How to manage effectively in the face of constant change and instability?
2. Planning and forecasting the development of the business environment. What development models will help entrepreneurs adapt to new realities?
3. Legal aspects of entrepreneurship development in Ukraine. How can the legal framework support entrepreneurial initiatives and promote their growth?

Nataliia Zakharchenko, Doctor of Economics, Professor of the Department of Economics, Law and Business Management of the ONEU, stressed the importance of such events for the scientific community and society as a whole:

Today we are not just building theories, but planning ways to restore our economy. The cooperation of scientists, young professionals and entrepreneurs is key to shaping the sustainable future of our country after the war. The ideas that are being discussed today can become the basis of a new economic reality for Ukraine. Today, on the first day of the X International Scientific and Practical Conference, one of the most interesting moments was the speech of Alla Stoyanova, a member of the Odesa Regional Council and an expert on economic issues. Her speech was not just informative, but inspiring, as Alla described the current state of the Ukrainian agricultural sector with deep understanding and accuracy. She also elaborated on the prospects for the sector's recovery, which is critical for the country's economic stability."

Her words resonated with the theme of the speeches, emphasising the importance of training new personnel and innovative solutions for Ukraine's economic revival.

"The economy in times of war is not just about numbers, it is a daily struggle for the survival and recovery of our country," she emphasised. Alla STOYANOVA.

She drew particular attention to the role of young professionals, urging them to actively prepare for the challenges that will arise after the victory: "Young people are the future of our economy. You will be the ones who will rebuild the country, who will return Ukraine to its strength and independence."

Ms Alla emphasised that it is necessary to think now about how each of us can contribute to the economic recovery: "Our country needs new ideas, innovative solutions and young, determined people who are ready to make changes."

Her words did not leave anyone indifferent - it was a call to action, to responsibility and faith in the future that will surely come after our victory.
