Digitalisation in action!!!!

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted a resolution on improvement of functioning of the information and communication system "State Agrarian Register" (SAR).

🔍 What is changing?
📌 The procedure for maintaining the State Register of Agricultural Producers is being introduced.
Now, all producers will be clearly identified and data on their activities will be systematised.

📌 The mechanism for providing state support is being improved:
✔️ transparent allocation of resources;
✔️ fair conditions of participation for all;
✔️ a single digital system - without "manual intervention".
📌 Integration with other state databases and cadastres - more up-to-date information, less duplication.
📌 Personal data protection and cybersecurity have been strengthened. DAR operates within the framework of privacy legislation.
📌 European integration in action: the system meets the requirements of the plan Ukraine Facility - of the European financial support programme for Ukraine.

📈 What does this mean for agricultural producers?

💡 Our recommendations to farmers:

1. Do not hesitate to register with the SAR, even if you are a small farm or a family farm. This data will be the basis for receiving any form of support.
2. Stay tuned for updates and clarifications.
3. Take care of the accuracy of the data you submit to the system. This affects decisions on grants, compensation and participation in development programmes.

🌍 Digital transformation of the agricultural sector is not the future, but the present.
With the updated SAR, farmers get not only access to support but also a tool for long-term planning.
The more participants there are, the more accurate the analytics are, and thus the more effective the decisions at the state level.
