🔥Today is a special day.

11 years old.

11 years of struggle, ups and downs, difficult decisions, great victories and, most importantly, unity.

I remember with a pang in my heart how it all began. From the first steps, when we were just gaining our voice in the UAC, when we were a small initiative group full of faith in the Ukrainian village, in the strength of our producers, in an independent agrarian future.

🌾We have gone all the way with this structure - from the first members of Odesa region to today's powerful organisation that really shapes the country's agricultural policy.

💪These were not always easy years.

Yes, there were ups and downs.
There were heated rallies when, together with farmers across the country, we took to the roads, withdrew equipment and blocked roads - not out of protest, but out of pain and love for our native land. We were defending not just hectares - we were fighting for the Ukrainian producer, for the right to justice, for the right to have a voice in our own country.

We were writing history:
🔹 worked on the Agrarian Course,
🔹 water user organisations were created,
🔹 wrote the irrigation reform,
🔹 shaped the vision of agricultural policy, which today is the basis for decisions in the relevant ministries.

🇺🇦А Since 2022, when the silence of the fields was replaced by explosions, the VAR has become not only a think tank, but a support for thousands.
We sent hundreds of cars to the front,
drones, thermal imagers, and generators,
We formed food parcels for our defenders,
And, most importantly, they stuck together because they knew that if the village is strong, the country will be strong.

🤝 VAR is a team that has become a family
We are a team of like-minded people who have learnt to listen, to tolerate, to negotiate,
and most importantly, to always find compromises and joint solutions.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the people who have become the heart and backbone of our organisation:

💼 Andriy Dykun, our manager.
His wisdom, endurance, and strategic thinking are what keep the UAC from faltering even in the most turbulent times.
He is not just a manager - he is a leader. He sees several steps ahead.

🛡 Mikhail Sokolov is a true analyst, a point of balance, a pillar of the structure.
When words mean more than slogans, it is he who formulates the essence.

📊 Olga Bogdanova - our irreplaceable support in economic decisions.
Its clarity and depth of vision are the basis for all balanced and effective steps in the HACC.

🎤 Denys Marchuk - our voice.
His word is heard. His position is respected. He is the one who knows how to convey the point with dignity and conviction.

This list could go on for hours. Because everyone who has been around for these 11 years is not just a colleague. They are a friend. This is an ally. This is a person you trust with the field, your word and your heart.

Over the years, we have not lost our faith - we have only tempered it.

I wish our voice would never disappear.
We want our fields to always produce crops.
For our children to live in a country where agriculture - It's about pride, not survival.
For the UAR to always be the force that unites, leads, defends and wins.
