On 4 February 2025, Kyiv hosted an inspiring business seminar "SAFETY FOR EVERY DAY", organised at the initiative of the leading company MASTER 7 LLC. This event was an important step in the development of Ukraine's agricultural sector, as innovative Japanese equipment for the production of nanobubbles from KAKUICHI was presented at the seminar.
Nanobubbles are a technology that opens up great prospects for farmers by changing the way they grow crops. The technology, which uses ultra-thin bubbles dissolved in water, can significantly improve irrigation efficiency, increase yields and reduce fertiliser costs. It also helps to reduce the use of chemicals, which is an important step towards sustainable and environmentally friendly agricultural production.
Thanks to cooperation with Japanese partners, Ukraine will have the opportunity to become a leader in the introduction of the latest agricultural technologies. Thus, during the seminar, KAKUICHI Director Riu Tanaka noted the success of the Ukrainian delegation that visited Japan in October 2024.
The visit of Alla Stoyanova, Oleg Horb, Mykhailo Kolisnyk, Yevhen Rzhepishevsky and Tatiana Godiak was an important step in the development of cooperation between the countries.
"We admire the courage, dedication and professionalism of Ukrainian farmers who demonstrate an incredible passion for the development of their enterprises. They are ready to adopt the latest technologies, which allows us to work together with pride to improve the agricultural sector," said Mr Tanaki.
An important batch of equipment for the use of nanobubbles was also handed over as part of the seminar: three units to be installed in Kyiv, Poltava and southern Odesa region.
This is not only a big step towards the introduction of technology, but also a real support for Ukrainian farmers in their fight to preserve the environment and improve production efficiency.
The event was attended by representatives of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), whose support is of great importance for the development of Ukraine's agricultural sector. Cooperation with JICA allows Ukrainian farmers to access advanced technologies and expert assistance, which helps to increase production efficiency and ensure sustainable development of the agricultural sector.
JICA's involvement in this project confirms the importance of international cooperation and support in the face of global challenges. Thanks to their assistance, Ukraine has gained access to innovative solutions, such as nanobubble technology, which has the potential to significantly improve agricultural production results. Together with our Japanese partners, we are making an important step in the development of sustainable and efficient agricultural technologies for our country.
The event was accompanied by the important opening of the UVEX laboratory at NUBIP. The laboratory will become an important centre for research and testing of the latest equipment that meets international standards. All the participants of the seminar noted their interest in using high-quality professional equipment to improve their work results.
Alla Stoyanovaone of the key participants, expressed her gratitude to Japan for the opportunity to personally implement such an important project:
"Nanobubbles are a real revolution for the Ukrainian agricultural sector. We are grateful to Japan and KAKUICHI for their support and for the opportunity to use these technologies, which will help us increase yields, conserve resources and reduce our environmental impact. The introduction of such innovations is extremely important for Ukraine, especially for our arid Bessarabian Danube region. We are ready to cooperate to reach new heights in agricultural production together."
This workshop was an important step towards significant changes in the Ukrainian agricultural sector. The opening of the UVEX laboratory, the transfer of nanobubble equipment, and the strengthening of international partnership between Ukraine and Japan are not just technical achievements, but also new opportunities for Ukrainian farmers.
The technologies of the future are already becoming part of our agricultural landscape, and this opens up new horizons for development, environmental safety and increased competitiveness in international markets.
This event reminds us how important it is to invest in innovation and support the development of science and technology. Ukraine has great potential, and it is through such international initiatives that we can achieve significant success in agriculture and become leaders in the agricultural industry.
ACTING TOGETHER FOR VICTORY!
