The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine has published an updated list of domestic machinery and equipment for the agricultural sector that are subject to partial compensation from the budget. Farmers can now take advantage of a favourable opportunity to receive 25% of compensation for the cost of agricultural machinery from 64 Ukrainian manufacturers, which will help to significantly reduce the cost of technical re-equipment of farms.
The updated list includes products from 20 more Ukrainian manufacturers, including various machinery and equipment:
- Tillage machinery and equipment;
- ✔ Sowing and soil cultivation complexes;
- ✔Seed hoppers and grain reloading storage;
- Machines for cleaning, sorting and calibration of seeds, grains and pulses;
- ✔ Grain loaders and grain throwers;
- ✔ Screw conveyors, elevators;
- ✔ Machines for applying mineral fertilisers;
- Sprayers for chemical crop protection;
- ✔ Tractor trailers and dump trailers for transporting grain;
- Equipment and machinery for irrigation and drip irrigation;
- ✔ Equipment for drying grain;
- ✔ Equipment for keeping pigs, cattle and calves.

The compensation programme is already in place and is in high demand. In the first two months of the programme's operation, about 130 units of agricultural machinery were purchased, and UAH 18.6 million was accrued for compensation in May.
