The Odesa Regional Development Agency has prepared a grant digest for agricultural producers, a convenient and systematic tool that contains all relevant support programmes: from state to international, from technical assistance to investments in processing, energy efficiency and digitalisation.

🔎 THE FIRST PROJECT WORTH PAYING ATTENTION TO RIGHT NOW
Ukrainian Agricultural Support Programme (UASP)
implemented by Mercy Corps in partnership with the LASCA Foundation with support from the Howard G. Buffett Foundation.
📊 In 2025, agricultural producers in the South of Ukraine have already received more than UAH 324 million of support.
🎯 The aim of the programme is to help those who:
- lost machinery, equipment, premises or livestock;
- works in communities affected by the war;
- does not have sufficient resources to recover on its own;
- ensures food security in the region.

💰 WHAT EXACTLY CAN YOU GET?
🔹 Households and small farmers - up to 10 ha
➡️ grants average USD 3,000
🔹 Small agribusiness - up to 500 ha
➡️ grants averaging USD 75,000, especially for those who create market opportunities or provide services to other farmers
🔹 Medium-sized agribusiness - 500-3,000 ha
➡️ grants averaging USD 150,000, key players for the economy of communities and the region

The programme covers:
Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, Mykolaiv, Kherson and Odesa regions
(excluding areas of active hostilities and high-risk areas).
💰 TWO AREAS OF SUPPORT
🔹 1️⃣ Individual financial assistance
For microbusinesses and the self-employed:
➡️ from 1 000 to 5 000 USD
Suitable for:
- small farmers;
- processors;
- family farms;
- those who want to restore small-scale production or start a business from scratch.
🔹 2️⃣ Financial assistance for small and medium-sized businesses
➡️ from 17,000 to 30,000 USD
For businesses that:
- create jobs;
- work in agricultural production, processing, and logistics;
- provide communities with food and income.
