\ud83d\udccaA mechanism for compensation for crop loss already exists.<\/strong> Not only on paper, but in practice. The Cabinet of Ministers' resolution, adopted back in 2020 under pressure from farmers in southern Ukraine, was created after a historic drought, on the initiative and active support of Alla Stoyanova and with the support of the UAC. It was this fragile agrarian who was able to prove its necessity, logic, mechanism and ensure its implementation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83d\udcc4This resolution is the only officially recognised instrument that allows agricultural enterprises to record the fact of crop failure and claim state compensation. No funds are provided for it in 2025. But! If the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) officially confirms the loss of more than 50% of crops in the region - the fact of an emergency in the agricultural sector - the government must amend the budget and allocate funding for compensation.
And now is the critical moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udd38 Can we make the government hear not only Kyiv, but also the steppe, dehydrated, but unconquered Odesa region?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udcac\"Only what you fight for works. We already have the tools. We have the truth. We have the facts. But now we have to unite again around another problem,\" says Alla Stoyanova.
\ud83d\udce3We must prevent a new collapse in the agricultural sector of southern Ukraine. Because we are in a risky farming zone - and the state itself recognises this. So, it must share the responsibility with us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
What needs to be done:
<\/strong>- Record crop losses through Acts (the form is approved by a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from 2020);
- Involve local authorities, communities, and district administrations;
- Go to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry to obtain conclusions;
- To inform specialised associations, MPs and the media;
- Help bring the issue to the Ministry of Economy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The struggle for a place under the scorching sun is a struggle for the survival of entire regions.
The situation is similar in Mykolaiv, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions.
