One of the key changes is the transfer of powers from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine. The Ministry of Defence is now responsible for the following issues:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1. Review and approval of lists of persons liable for military service: State authorities and other public bodies compile lists of persons liable for military service who are offered for reservation for the period of mobilisation and wartime. The MoD is now responsible for reviewing and approving these lists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. Submission of the agreed lists to the Ministry of Economy: Once approved, the lists are submitted to the Ministry of Economy for a decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3. Communicating decisions to territorial recruitment centres: Decisions of the Ministry of Economy on the reservation of persons liable for military service are communicated to the relevant territorial recruitment and social support centres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\"All reservations that were valid as of 17 May were automatically extended for 3 months. In the future, all reservations will be valid for 1 year instead of 6 months. As for getting a reservation. There are two options: through the regional administration (up to 1000 hectares) and through the Ministry (more than 1000 hectares),\" Alla Stoyanova emphasises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alla STOYANOVA provides an algorithm of actions for obtaining a reservation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\"ATTENTION! The main criterion for obtaining a reservation is the presence of an average salary of UAH 13700 for the previous quarter. RECOMMENDATIONS for those who have not adjusted it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It's June - the last month of the SECOND QUARTER. Let your accountants adjust this month's average salary for the 2nd quarter to no less than UAH 13700.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Then, starting in July, after submitting employee reports for the 2nd quarter, you will be able to submit employees for booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Further, in order to obtain a reservation, enterprises with up to 1000 hectares of land under cultivation must contact the regional administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In order to prepare the documents correctly, so that there is no refusal but a positive decision, you need to meet the conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1. Increase the average salary for the previous quarter to UAH 13,700.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. Meet THREE of these five criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n- No salary and tax arrears as of the first day of the current month.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Availability of agricultural land under cultivation with an area of at least 10 hectares for perennial plantations (gardens, vineyards) and berries, at least 20 hectares for vegetables, and at least 50 hectares for other crops, as confirmed by a copy of the extract from the register.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- At least 15 insured employees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Contracts for the production and sale of finished products to supply critical infrastructure facilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Enterprises, institutions, organisations that have the main type of activity (as of 01 January 2022) according to the codes of classification of economic activities (hereinafter referred to as the NACE) of the National Classifier of Ukraine Classification of Economic Activities DK 009:2010<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
